Delete your Paradays account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — Inside the app (instant)
Open the Paradays app and go to:
- Settings → scroll down to Danger Zone → Delete Account
Follow the two confirmation prompts. Your account will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email (if you uninstalled the app)
If you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request to:
We will process your request within 7 business days and email confirmation when complete.
What gets deleted
- Your login — you cannot sign back in with this email
- Your photos, avatar, and profile information
- Your active offers, service requests, saved cards and addresses
- Your push notification tokens
What appears as "Deleted user" to others
- Your messages in chats — so the other party can still see their own conversation
- Your past meetings and reviews you wrote
What is kept (US tax law, 7 years)
- Past financial transactions — records required by IRS
Cannot delete right now if you have:
- An active session in progress — end it first
- A confirmed meeting in the next 24 hours — cancel it first to avoid issues with the other party
- An open payment dispute — resolve it first
